I always notice that when we visit Paris -- or at least I think I do. We have it here near our house occasionally during the year, something to do with the angle of the sun making everything seem 3 dimensional (no I don't do drugs). I've heard similar stories about the light in Santa Fe, NM, where you'll find many resident artists. Or, perhaps it is all codswollop...
